New Mobile-friendly Website!

Starting today Autolyse.nl also has a forum. On this Forum you can ask me questions or start a conversation with other people who are also using Autolysis or another method. People can post in English and in Dutch.
To be able to talk to, or actually write with, me or other people on the forum you need to register. Forum rules are quite simple and there are not many, so my hope is that everyone abides them.
It is an extra service. You find the link below (it's also found on the sites right bar).

die" — is a powerful exercise that can help you awaken
from the dream state, it may be the finishing touch after Autolysis."
This is an additional method or exercise that you can use to awaken
in or from the dream state. It is not necessarily a part of Autolysis,
but can be used as a follow-on.
